A friend and I have chosen Cowbell numerous times as a place to meet for lunch. The staff is always friendly and service is... relatively quick. We have never had to wait too long for our meals to arrive. There have been a few times we have had to ask forspecific items that were forgotten, like cream and sugar for coffees, or spoons to stir said coffee, but for the most part, thecrew is attentive. I have not had a bad meal. The steak and cheese sandwich comes fully loaded on a delicious sub roll. I went and had a couple of drinks with my friend and had the order of Tacos and fries The tacos were good the fries were not so... good! Tiny overcooked fries Wendy's fries are better! Service was very good and our server was very friendly and attentive! It'sbasically a beer joint that serves food! I will go back again! Read more
Service is decent, we sat at the bar and ordered food to go, it took almost an hour and our cold desserts sat on the bar for... almost 20 minutes before our hot food came. I?ve dined in a few times and there isn?t much I?d recommend about this place. Olderbald manager is creepy towards the bartender, feel bad for her. Edit: got home and my order was incredibly wrong. What a great little place to have some fun and eat some great food! I did karaoke, had some good beer, and had an awesome BBQ... burger. There is also a giant golf game/simulator here, where you can bring in your own clubs and hit balls for real inside thebar! It's super annoying when you try to talk to your friends, but I imagine it's super fun if you're into golfing and actuallyplaying it. Read more
I heard that they were the best in town so had to try. I expected the food to be phenomenal from all the hype but it was a bit... less than average at best. My burger (which took a whole hour to get to me and they were not busy) was dry and I asked for thelettuce wrap because of my diet and they gave me raggedy, wilted, torn up lettuce that I wouldnt feed to my animals. Add that tothe fact that the staff were rude, unwelcoming, inattentive and clearly had their favorite customers and anyone who didn't fitinto their mold was bottom of the barrel, it was a horrible experience. I'd have been better off at McDonalds or Wendy's rightnext door. I'd like to give zero stars but that's not possible. Even heard employees talking badly about their customers. Not afriendly establishment at all. There's enough places to go where the staff genuinely are friendly and the food IS what it'scracked up to be. Read more
My timing must have been perfect, I arrived shortly before noon and had my choice of tables. I was greeted immediately by a very... pleasant young lady. She was very attentive but did not stop by every trip past. The way it should be. The burger selectionruns the scale. I had the Ghost in cheese. It had just the right amount of kick, burger came medium rare as requested and was anice thick juicy patty. Oh, within 30 minutes of my arrival every table was full. If I could give it a -1 I would. The manger was rude and refuses a refund on my hair infested chicken sandwich as well as my... lean cuisine chicken bowl. This would be ok if it was bk or fast food. For the prices I paid this was completely ridiculous.Would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. Read more
I would give this place a 1 star, but my family had a very pleasant time here. However!!! I opened my silverware up to find a... COCKROACH crawling over my fork. Middle of my artichoke dip was cold, but warmed up when I stirred it. Then as I was FULLYENJOYING my steak n cheese sandwich I pull out about a 6 inch hair out of my mouth ????????????????? After that I was DONE???????? Got me some of those delicious buffalo strips and got ready for the 2 and a half hour drive home. Very friendlyservice. Read more
