Ordered online, pick up for 5pm. No clear direction on how to pick up food. Asked bar tender for help and he said it?ll be up in... a minute just waiting on the pizza. 15 minutes later server said she put the pizza there a ?long time ago?. Spent 80$, all myfood was cold, not warm but cold! I live 5 minutes away! Had to microwave sides and reheat pizza in the oven! Read more
Went there on one of the 'soft opening / training nights'. The staff did GREAT. The food was very fresh and all was prepared... perfectly. Really enjoyed the 'custom wood decor' (ask about it when you visit). Look forward to going back again! Read more

A lot of kinks to work out. A lot! Total cluster. Phones ringing off the hook, people leaving and telling other people that are... walking in "good luck". Draft beer is nothing but foam. All the help is overwhelmed. Very simple solution - don't do takeoutjust yet. Crush the experience of dine in for a month and impress customers. Then, do takeout once you can staff up and geteveryone trained. There is NO way that kitchen can handle the amount of biz I am seeing. I'm still here waiting. At least 3people have said "good luck" to me. Why would you open like this? Only one chance to make a first impression. Chasing the moneywill put you out of biz. Doing it right, the money will come later. Patience grasshopper. Read more
