I love this place. Yes, the lobster roll is quite pricy, but you get pure lobsters, not some mixture with other clams or... whatever. The price you pay is the exact weight of lobsters you get. Plus, the lobsters are super fresh and delicious. I woulddefinitely come back again when I come back to visit Maine in the future. Read more
Oh my god what can I say. The best lobster roll in my whole life. My husband took the lobster roll and me i did the grilled Mac... lobster sandwich it's to die for. I will recommend this at 100%. They have their own home made Mayo. My favorite was the curryMayo never heard that before but amazing and my husband lived the wasabi Mayo. Best lobster roll we had on our road trip. Definitely worth the stop. Friendly and fast service. Parking in front. 2 small 2... people tables in front that are well protected from the wind and 3 picnic tables a bit farther past the parking. Read more
Best lobster rolls and Whoopie Pies in Maine! On my first visit to Bite into Maine I was concerned about traveling back home... with my order. Jessica was the best! She offered a simple and stress free way to get my food home without compromising thetaste. I moved to Maine 5 years ago and this was the best lobster roll I?ve ever had. As for the Whoopie pie, it was perfect. I can?t help but think it was possibly homemade and yummy. I will definitely be visiting Bite into Maine again very soon. ???? Read more
Got to try the three different lobster rolls they had but we left unimpressed. They do load up on lobster though, very pleased... with that. After road tripping around Maine to do a Lobster roll tour the marks were not to high for here. Overall service wasgreat and no complaints there. Read more
When you've pretty much had all the lobster rolls under the sun, they all start blending in together. They're essentially all... the same at this point but Bite Into Maine's lobster rolls are ranked towards the top. I'm a Texas girl so I love buttered Texastoast and the rolls they use here are reminiscent of that. I like lobster rolls that have that little crunch from the bread. Wegot the traditional Maine lobster roll and the Connecticut lobster roll. Both were delicious based on what you like: cold withmayo or hot and buttered. I like the staff here - they poured the hot butter on our Connecticut lobster roll in front of us andtold us to say "when". We didn't say "when" and he definitely kept on pouring and we all laughed about it later. My onlycomplaint is that I don't think the price justified the portion...we got 2 "XL" lobster rolls and it was over $50 total aftertaxes and everything were calculated. The lobster rolls are good though so if you're looking for some of the best lobster rollswith variety then Bite Into Maine is it. Read more
There is no reason this establishment should receive anything under 5 stars. The lobster was amazing. My girlfriend had the... lobster grilled cheese and it was perfect. Best lobster dish we?ve had in Maine. I had the burger and it was a more deliciousmeal than most burger joints! 10/10 Read more
