If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever was working 9/8 around 5:40 shouldn?t be working in customer service. I felt rushed... the whole time while ordering my food, then the workers want to huff when I asked them to add lettuce to my sandwich. Not onlythat but side eyeing each other after everything I ordered made me feel judged. Never again will I go to the scappoose subway. Read more
8/21/22 ordered 3 sandwiches online. We're supposed to be ready 1:25. They didn't look at the online orders and didn't start... building the sandwich until 1:40. For some reason it took another 13min to finally get the sandwiches. Definitely not worthwaiting over half an hour for a couple sandwiches with the kids in the car. First the door of subway was filthy, I really didn?t want to go in. 4 ladies working very hard to get orders out. It was a mad... house need more lunch help and have some one to restock vegetables and clean the place up. Kinda embarrassing when out of townpeople come in. Read more
Getting food here is like watching paint dry. Like buying gas, minus the gas. This is seemingly the slowest, most understocked... subway I've ever solicited in my life. Whoever does the ordering must need glasses, it doesn't take an economics degree tounderstand no ingredients=no sandwhiches. They were out of lettuce.. Lettuce.. How the heck do you run out of lettuce?! Cheese?Don't even ask. Turns out you dont need bread at a sandwhich shop, who knew?? Speaking of lacking, this place also lackedcleanliness. Food everywhere, stuffy noses, coughing, kinda gross honestly. By no means do I blame the employees. (That'sguessing more than one person actually works here) They were very kind and did their best. Seems to me this place needs to spenda little more money on both ingredients, and employment. Next time I have horses to hold and an axe to grind, this place will betop of my list. Thank you Subway! Expect to wait 20 mins in the drive through, or even going in to order. Even with 3 people they are very slow. Also, they?ve... gotten my order wrong 2 times in a row. They either need a new speaker in the drive through or they need to pay betterattention. Last time I went they were out of straws. They had an employee running to the store to get some. Another time theywere out of every single meat except ham. Very unorganized mess, but I continue to go there since it?s the only subway inscappoose. It?s almost worth it to drive to St. Helens and go to the subway out there! Read more
I wouldn't recommend this particular subway at all, I mean unless you enjoy babysitting as they make it. Kind of like when you... help your toddler make cookies. I got dinner for my gf and her mom as well as a small sandwich for our kids. They managed toscrew up every single sandwich. We called because it wasn't a small mistake and they offered to remake it for free at a time ofour choosing, which was very generous. The remake of the sandwiches was honestly worse. The people are very nice, but makingsandwiches isn't really their strong suit. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but it doesn't matter if it's drive throughor online ordering it will get messed up out of the 4 maybe 5 times I've tried the drive through or online the orders have beenmore than just slightly wrong every time. I love Subway. It's not the best sub out there but it doesn't cost a fortune either. It's allways very good ,foot long fills me... up, good to go. And there everywhere. You want one just look around bet you see one. A long time customer.... Read more
