Placed my order through the drivethru, ordered 46 nuggets as part of my order was given no sauce. We parked and went inside and... the MANAGER was EXTREMELY rude and snarky when we asked for more sauce (she tried to give us 2 sauces for all 46 nuggets). The parking lot is not clearly marked to pull around the entire thing to get in line seen multiple people trying to pull in like... you would a normal drive in people blowing horns yelling at each other for people making a honest mistake. The manager of St.Helrns McDonalds is absolutely ruining the business. Soon there won't be much of a business left. I rarely eat... food there. Customer service is terrible & slow. The evening mgr. Is far worse, If she worked for me she would be fired. Iwatched her try to train a couple girls and after asking for fresh Choc. Chip Cookies, and the manager told them no use theprevious cookies already cooked. It takes them only 2min. to cShe doesn't think I could tell if they were microwaved thenwaited a couple more min. Just to make me wait longer while they get cold. I was furious. I was told to wait in Line 4, when Ipulled around someone was parked there. She looked out of place or possibly homeless. Let me start by saying that this McDonald's is my neighborhood location and I order from here A LOT. And 99% of the time they... are lovely there and my orders have been spot on. Today, however, this was not the case. I am posting here for a couple ofreasons...One - after how I was treated this morning I feel like I need to defend myself a little bit. Two - I can post apicture here and I think the picture speaks for itself. I order 3 scrambled eggs here for breakfast several times a month. It'sbecome my go-to breakfast when I don't feel like making anything - because their scrambled eggs here are delicious! This morningI ordered 4 eggs but received a smaller portion than I normally do ordering just 3. Most times when this happens I just shrug itoff and go on my way but this was so blatant that I had to go in a say something. When I did I was met with borderline rudenessfrom who I assume to be an assistant manager (based on her uniform). She essentially told me I was wrong, that she watched himmake them herself, and that was that. When I pressed she no longer spoke to me, sending her employee to go get the manager. Isoon heard her in the back saying how wrong I was and complaining about me. Then I heard the gal at the drive thru window sayingsomething to the effect of "serve it raw." I can only assume she was talking about me as I didn't see anybody at the winder. Iwaited by the register for several minutes with no body acknowledging my presence there then finally the same gal that Ioriginally spoke with came back with a bag and a "here you go." I don't normally do this but I had to take a picture, which Ithink speaks for itself. I only stopped to use the rest room. The drive up was busy and there were a few diners inside. The restroom was in overall good... condition and an employee was ready to tidy it up as I left. I thanked him for patiently waitfor me and he was very professionaland gracious. As I walked toward the exit door I could over hear someone at the counter going over procedures with a newperson. Their tone was so nice and encouraging. Well done Scapoose McDonald's! Read more
