I stopped to get a hot sandwiches for my kids before school. Counter lady took our order of 2 donuts and 2 toasted bagels and... cream cheese to go, we paid for the food in full then she went into the kitchen and never put in our order. There was no oneelse in the store when we walked in yet she didn't seem to care. Instead she went into the back and when she returned, startedorganizing donuts in a tray. I told her we are in a hurry and she took our order again as though it was the first time she sawus. After 10 minutes I asked her for our order and she asked what we ordered, once again, she looked at us like she never sawus before, so we reminded her. My two biggest issues with any Dunkin? Donuts, 1. The do not fill the donuts. I mean any filling donut has barely any filling.... Do you think you could use a little more filling? 2 . This place always takes soooooooooooo long to get your order. The worst part is the tops of the coffee smells like old butter... because they don?t change their gloves after making food so it smears on the top of the lids.
