The atmosphere was nice and so were the drinks, but when me and my boyfriend got to our third game the lane stopped functioning... and wouldn't replace the pins that got knocked down. We let the staff know during checkout and when we went to take photos withthe photo booth there was no "out of order sign" so we paid for pictures we never received. Staff was apologetic but we nevergot any issue resolved. While they told us to wait we tried to play with the skill crane which also didn't work. Awesome job by the staff of Bowlero ! Very accommodating, and tended to us more than I would have expected. Had a great time... bowling and the kids had a blast! Had a toddler tag along and the staff was such a help, made the whole experience. We reseved2 lane party package and had a nice spot with 2 lanes side by side. A big shout out to the employees at Sayville Bowlero. We were there tonight so my son and his friends could celebrate... graduation. The staff was fantastic, friendly and so accommodating. We booked a party later so we wouldn?t be late but we woundup be more than a half an hour early. We worried we have to wait around but we figured we would give it a shot and ask if wecould start sooner. They didn?t even flinch they said it was fine obviously, it?s an off day so I know it wasn?t that crowdedbut they were ahead of the game they already had the area set up and ready so we were good to go. Everyone was so friendly andaccommodating. We had a small group of six. But I highly recommend checking them out and looking at all the types of parties andoptions they provide. It made it so much easier for us to let them handle all the details. Definitely planning on going back. Read more
Lady when we first walked in wasn't paying to much attention but after seeing a line she came over. Was helpful getting our... shoes and tell us whether we like the light or dark side. Either side is good for me when bowling for fun. I assume they didn'thave servers on because we ended up having to go to the bar for our drinks. Bartenders were both very nice and respectful. Wehad a great time using our Groupon for 2 hours of bowling, (shoes included). Read more
Have wanted to try the summer pass deal for years. Finally this year bought them. We ended up going 3 times the first week.... That's 3 less times the kids were on their screens and were up moving, socializing and spending time together. Read more
