Toast is dry, onion rings dry or overly done hard. Why is cheese on every burger. There is no taste or pride in Savannah sonic... and who ever is taking the order please fix your headset. It was better place at one time. Read more

Corporate should be notified. This sonic, should be shut down or get all new staff. The staff is lazy, rude and should all be... fired. It takes an hour or more to get orders out..even for drinks. It's ridiculous. The staff doesn't even apologize for thelong wait, they roll their eyes and smart off to customers. Read more

I pushed the button to order and literally waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever answered to take my order. It's been awful here... lately you either wait 30 minutes for two fountain drinks or you wait 45 minutes for them to bring you your food and then it'seither cold or they throw it upside down in the bag. I can't even order ahead in the app anymore for the savannah tn location. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for one breakfast burrito. When we checked on the order they informed us that there wasn?t anyone available... to give us our order. Asked for a refund and will not be back. Most locals don?t go there anymore due to the poor service. Noone ever knows their hours of operation because it changes all the time. I?m actually shocked that they are still opening thedoors at all. If you are from out of town you have been warned. Don?t waste your time! It?s sad really. I really like theirfood. i ordered my food on the app at 11:10. i set the time for 11:15 and i got there at 11:15. i didn?t get my food till 11:35. my... fries were freezing cold and they weren?t even full. this has happened more than once. i understand being short staffed but comeon. there was also a black hair on my burger and my drink tastes like latex smells. terrible experience. won?t be back again Read more

So much wrong with this location. They take forever ( been waiting 20 mins on 2 fountain drinks and a blast ), the hours posted... are not correct. I came at 7:15 pm ( their hours posted say they close at 8 ) arrived and pressed button they answered sayingthey were closed, the app never works at this location and when it does it makes your order take even longer if they can figureit out. It?s a mess and today makes the 6th time I?ve tried. EVERY SINGLE VISIT A FAILURE. Last time I?m wasting my time here. Read more

They close at 4 pm due to low staffing but don't seem to be doing anything to change that issue. So it makes me wonder if our... community is not worthy of this sonics services after 4pm. According to the owner. I am sure there are plenty of people thatwould be more than glad to to work those hours if given the opportunity. If given a fair wage and treated respectfully. Theseare the two ways to a successful business. We as a community shouldn't have to miss one of our favorite places just because of alazy business owner. Read more

Went from bad to worse. This is my ice cream from a few months back. You can see the streaks from where it wasn't mixed... correctly. Very gritty. And yes.. this is plain vanilla in a cup. This was the 3rd time this has happened within a yeartimespan. Kept hoping they'd fix it. Now drinks are an issue. I ordered a large cherry slush with blue raspberry flavoring.Somehow I got a bunch of strawberries in there too... which is not a good flavor combination. I can list issue after issue...but you get the point. Prices are too high for so many problems. Go elsewhere peeps. Read more
