I wanted to come up with something witty for a review, but in this case it seems the blunt truth is best. Folks here don't seem... like they want to work there, or help customers. It has become a running joke to set a timer on our phones, just to see how longit takes them to answer the speaker box or the window. They've been averaging 4-6 minutes in response time. The other day thegirl was mopping an hour or more before close, looked at me at the drive thru window, and kept right on mopping. I got out of mycar and walked inside and she had headphones in. Scared her when she realized someone was standing there. Now, aside from thehorrible service, their pizzas are average at best. They're never cut right. Either not cut all the way through, or cut inrandom sizes. The pepperoni pizza might as well be called a cheese pizza with a couple pepperonis. Oh, and "hot and ready,"that's a joke. They never have pizzas ready to go, so you're always waiting. They need to get it together and find people thatwant to work and do their jobs in a timely fashion. Read more
Ordered food through the drive thru and was told I'd have to wait 18 mins. 23 minutes passed and I had to do something I left... for 5 mins and I come pack and they gave my ALREADY PAID for pizza to someone else. Then told me I would have to wait another 18mins for them to make another one. One of the employees said "this isn't the first time she's done that." Why would you givefood that someone's paid and waited for to someone who hasn't waited at all. They didn't even try to make it up to me just said"we have to make another it'll be 18 mins" Coming back to this later I had asked the store for a refund figured they couldn'tmess anything else up got home looked at the refund receipt and guess what. An order that wasn't even close to what I hadordered was refunded and mine was still charged. Read more
It ok pizza. Doesn't taste horrible and it's a good value. They are pretty quick as long as they are not super busy. If they are... busy the line normally looks worse than it actually is, you'll get through the line pretty quick. Most of the time the hot andready pizzas are ready so that makes things really fast. Service from employee are decent and so is the food they have messed up orders but made up for there mistake
