I went through Jack's drive through today and got to the window after I paid and waited there for atheist 10 minutes. The lady... at the window asked me if I had gotten my good yet and when I told her no she said "Oh I thought I gave it to you, I amtripping!" So I said it is okay and she left the window again and I thought she was going to get my food but she wasn't, Iwaited another 5 minutes and the manager finally came to the window and still did not have my food. Finally he came back with itand apologized. This is my first negative review and it only because I am hungry and on my lunch break at work. Read more
I'd never had Jack's before, I was impressed. The gravy was like you'd make at home, chunks of sausage and thick not watery like... you get at most places. Buttery fluffy Biscuits, delicious smoked sausages, ham biscuit was exactly as southern as I had hoped.So glad we found it, way better than Hardee's! Read more
The chicken nuggets looked more like chicken livers they were over fried.. I got a side cup of gravy but no mashed potatoes....... They forgot my coleslaw so I had to go back in there.. and then I get home and I see that I don't have my dipping sauce.. thefries had a bad aftertaste like they needed to change the oil. Got the chicken breakfast platter this morning. Grits, gravy, and hash-tots we're decent, eggs were really good, nice and... fluffy. The chicken patty however... where did the patty come from, out of an Ethiopian chicken? I bet you could hold it up to awindow and see daylight through it before it got breaded. My phone is thicker than the patty. The cardboard box it was shippedto the store in is thicker than the patty. Read more
After we paid, we had to park and wait which is normally ok. However, we didn't know we were going to have to wait between 20-30... minutes, or we would have went somewhere else. Finally got the food and got home. Only to find no pies (paid for 2), no gravy oneither of the 3 sides of mashed potatoes, and the biscuits were hard little hockey pucks. Disappointed but the chicken was goodand fresh, so that's something. Read more
The biscuit sandwiches were fine, but I don't know what they did with the hash round things this morning, they were mushy, stuck... together and just not edible, but I was already down the road and not wanting to turn around. Coffee is watery. Read more
