Ordered Whopper meal, whopper junior. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes and got home and only had half my order. It happens... all the time. I tried calling them 3 times let phone ring 10 times. No answer. There was 3 cars in parking lot and 2 other carsin drive thru. Not sure why such poor service. Very disappointed. Read more

was horrible experience with horrible service. The female cashier was super rude and wasn't helpful at all. Our nuggets wasn't... fully cooked and was super rude about asking them to fix it. When I was ordering an ice coffee; She looked at us like it was themost disgusting thing in the world. Top of that, when we ordered a sandwich; they came out with a totally different sandwich. 3different times before she FINALLY told us it was replacing the other one since it was "broken" whatever that means. Thebathroom and tables was gross and trashed. And one of the tables was broken about flipped even we sat at it. The chick was alsosuper rude to the other family they walked in. Never again. Read more
Nasty tasting potted meat .each time I go I say I will not be back but for some reason I always go back only for it to be just... as bad this time as it was the other time .But the staff is really nice hard working nice good looking young folks nocomplaints on any staff .,they Cook the food as they were taught. Love their fries! Best in town! I always order a Whopper Jr or regular Whopper and they are delicious!!
First visit here. The lady who took my drive thru order was very sweet. Until I pulled up to the first window. Was told my... amount. And then she acted like I and my cash was a HUGE inconvenience. Not Hi Boo kiss my grits. Now the young Lady who gaveme order was as sweet as honey. My Whooper was dry. The condiments did not help. Not even the veggies. Had to have fluid witheach bite. Read more
Soo much better than McDonald's. I choose BK or Wendy's over McDonald's any day. Bk never asks me to pull forward and they don't... forget the items I ordered.
