Fast service. Courteous and a smile. The food was actually done perfectly. My beef and cheddar actually looked like the picture... (Not smashed down like yesterday's sandwich). The person who waited on us was really nice. When we got our sandwich no bellpeppers, the manager offered for us to come back... well we live 3 hours away. Pretty disappointing. Maybe if he keep better inventory the sandwich could have been made correctly. Read more
This time (a couple of night ago) we went to Arby's the service was great! The food was good too! It was fixed exactly like we... ordered it. JoJo (the manager) is very friendly and nice! She does everything she can to keep customers satisfied! Logan (frontline worker) is very friendly and nice as well! He's very courteous and a hard worker! Arby?s continues to disappoint me! First, they discontinue the Fish Sandwich. Today, I see that the Prime Rib Sandwich has... returned and the picture on the billboard and drive-through menu make it look large, juicy, and delicious. Got the 2 for $6 chicken sandwich deal. Each one had two tiny dried up hard as rock strips on it. How cheap can you get?... Seriously, Arby's can do better than this. At least have a single patty that is the size of the bun. Read more
Update 5/27 : At 10:45 I swung through the drive thru and tried the new line of burgers they offer. Service was fast and... friendly. This new burger line is better than most burgers in town. I recommend that everyone drop in and eat one of these newburgers. They are great. Clean lobby, super friendly staff, fast service, order was correct, and food was great. As I wasleaving the cashier thanked me for my business and welcomed me to return soon. I was well pleased with my visit. Thank youArby's workers. Read more
Fries were old, cold, and soggy. My Buffalo chicken sandwich had no Buffalo sauce on it. See the ripped parts on the chicken in... the photo? Rock hard pieces i tore off it. Absolutely horrible meal. Worst Arby's experience ever. Do not recommend thislocation at all. Read more
I came through the drive thru first but waited 5 minutes and no answer , I then preceded to get my mobile order inside. The... manager Liz was awful. Its rare that I have experiences like this but this particular visit i felt bad for the crew having towork with someone like that. My fries were fresh yet my sliders , the chicken slider, was hard as a rock. My fries were freshbecause the ones for my order were taken for a drive thru order. So I waited about 5 minutes in the store for new fries. Shealso wouldn't let the employee working counter put the chocolate drizzle on my milkshake, even tho it comes with it. I had toget it put in a cup, the chocolate,which she watched the employee do because she wouldn't let him put it on my actual milkshake. I wouldn't normally complain about this but I prefer to get what I order, especially when I've already paid for it. The wholeexperience was just awful because of the manager. Like I said earlier in this review, I felt bad for the employees that had towork with her. I will definitely drive to selmer instead of savannah , if I ever want arbys. Read more
