The shift on November 23 at 11:16 am served me a large fry that was halfway filled up and stale AND the zaxbys sauce was... punctured open. I then went inside to get another order of fries that was fresh. They literally took a box and threw fries fromthe same stale batch and gave it to me with a new zax sauce. I've always gone through the drive thru. These ladies are always so nice and 99.9% of the time my order is perfect. I can't say... this about the one on Montgomery Xrd. I will NEVER go to that one again. I'd rather drive further to get to this one. Read more

First time ever to Zaxby's and it did not go well. We went thru the drive-thru. We first asked for the Southern TLC sandwich and... were told that they didn't have it. We then asked for their Signature sandwich. The person taking the order told us the cost ofour order and told us to pull around. 22.00 plus dollars for my order asked for large fries. They gave me regular order size fries in the box. Had to go back for the... extra sauces they forgot. Cook argued with me over the line about it and never gave it to me. First time around they said theyare not doing drive through orders.
