They didn?t let us in, they said that we only can order from our car, their excuse was that they?re short on staff. I work at a... restaurant but a place of work always improvises. They don?t need waiters they just need one or two people to clean tables, Isaw one of the people at the counters with their phone c?mon really?, they are just lazy and trying to get easy money and nosign outside about the place being closed for dine in. Whew!!! The WORST customer experience ever with Zaxby's. I attempted to reach management at this location twice before posting... this publicly. I know that the level of service has changed tremendously but come on. Cashier not only made a mistake with mydaughter's order but dropped the "f" bomb on her once she bought it to her attention. This is now the second unfavorableexperience with customer service for this brand in the Chatham County. Read more

Trinady wasn?t paying attention when she took our order. We ordered 3 of the same sandwiches and what we received was three... totally different sandwiches. I don?t even know how that happens. Usually love Zaxby?s but this was a whole differentexperience. Read more

I just got my food. I ordered a Zax snack, chicken finger plate, & wings & things. I didn't get any Cole slaw, none of the... plates had any sauce in them. & worst thing of all, my bread wasn't even toasted. Very disappointing. Read more

3 stars for the love of Z, but this restaurant has to improve. The csr did not enter our order in right and gave us what she... wanted to apparently. My husband said 6pc dinner plate for $12, well she wanted to give us 4pcs instead: The fries and chickenwere old and rewarmed and unfresh. Then no-one cooking had hairnets and one of the workers was twirling their hair w/gloveswhile preparing orders. Come on now this is terribly sabotage for this great brand. The fix: more training, more safety, moresanitary improvements. Read more

Ordered three meals and two sandwiches from this location. The order received was five meals. Asked for the order to be changed... to what was ordered, three meals and two sandwiches with no fries or drinks. The manager, Mr. Larry Barry, gave us the $3.50back for the fries but wanted us to bring the fries back into the restaurant. Went back into the restaurant to throw away thetrash. Mr. Larry Barry wanted to know where the fries were? We said they were in the trash. He said that he was going to callthe police over the non returned fries!! Was there a french fries shortage? Was he going or resell them to some other customer?What unbelievably terrible customer services. They lost five customers for fries and terrible customer service. Read more
