The service was excellent! We always have great interactions with the staff. The reason for the low rating is their new menu. I... tried the new signature sandwich and it was the WORST!!! I went back a 2nd time and got the cobb salad, which was the saddestcobb salad I've ever had. I know menu changes happen and help spice things up but what Zaxby's did was a bit much. I'll bewaiting for the next menu change before I go back, there's enough sadness in the world without having to look at their new menu! Read more

We only ordered 1 salad and 1 wings & things. Our order was taken, and then we were pulled up. They took 6 other cars orders and... pulled all of them up as well. We then waited 38 minutes for them to cook all 7 cars orders until they finally brought everyorder out all at once. That makes zero sense and the only reason I could think of to do that is make their times look good whenreally whoever is first in line ends up waiting close to an hour for two meals. Read more

Dont eat here. Very poor customer service. Bad attitudes poor food quality. The food that I gotthe last two times was old... chicken. When you mention it the girl told her manager and he was on his cell phone on a personal call. They are on personalcell phones most of the time. Drive through has this thing around 3 or 4 where they place a car in drive thru so the don't haveto take any orders. When you go around the window they ignore you. This was my family?s first time visiting a zazbys. The cashier beanie was so sweet and friendly. The manager ( at least I think... he was the manager he had a blue shirt on) was kind and helped beanie when she needed it. The guy who also brought us out foodwas great ( didn?t catch his name either. Disgusting. The back appeared to be cleaner than the front. I ordered no drinks. Would not return. The water on the floor is... from the A/C vent over one of the tables. There?s 2 air purifiers or humidifiers. I only took a picture of one. There?s-a lot ofyoung people working there. They were mixing up the drive through orders. One young guy switched out the tea while looking atthe mess on the counter but didn?t clean it up. Trash over flowing. We stopped in for a bite to eat while traveling and the lobby was disgusting. Their were about 9 teens or young adults behing... front counter laughing loudly and joking. So it was surprising that the drink machine was filthy, there were no clean tables,ketchup splattered on the floor and trash over flowing. The manger in blue was polite and took my order but wasn?t delegatinganything to the employees though he saw the nasty lobby.
