The low rating because I order online and when I arrived at the driver thru they I was told I need to park and come inside for... pick up, I do not normally visit this store so I did not understand why. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they verybusy and followed the instructions. I found the dinning area empty and drive thru had only to vehicles. Inside the dinningarea I was joined by two other guest who had driver thru orders one they messed up his order and the second guy had been askedto park and wait for his order but was apparently forgotten. Chicken was cold and hard. Maybe cooked earlier. Fried pickles were great. Service was friendly.

Food was really good and not overcooked, received it quick even though it was busy, only negative things I could say is that the... fries didn't have the classic zaxbys seasoning but not a game changer for me. I know people out there can't have that seasoningand really should be a requested add on. And the only other thing I could say needs improvement but doesn't sway my 5 starrating is that there needs to be more napkins given, two just isn't quite enough. 5 would be sufficient, but I carry backups inmy vehicle lol Read more

Everything was terrible about this place. Needs to get looked into as soon as possible. The person taking our order was very... rude and disrespectful. Mocked my sister-in-law after she ordered ? she wants Sweet and Spicy.? And then laughed? Veryunprofessional. Had lunch today at this Zaxbys and found the place to be nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and polite. Took my order and served... very fresh hot food very quickly. This is one of the nicer and cleaner Zaxbys that I have visited in a while. The have easyaccess and parking. Located just off the Truman parkway this is a good location. This is located next to a McDonalds and in thesame center as a sams and Walmart. Stop in and grab something from these guys if you are in the area. Read more
