If I could give zero stars I would. My husband told me that he rode by a new Wing Stop here in Savannah so we decided to grab... dinner tonight after a long day. We live over 30 mins away so we placed the order online so we could be in and out once we gotthere. Placed the order at 8:55 pm while we were in route. Confirmation email said our order would be ready in 21-26 mins. Gotthere around 9:15 pm. Didn't get our food until after 10 pm. Asked for some free drinks for the inconvenience because our sonsstarted complaining that it was taking so long and they were hungry. The place became overcrowded with other people waiting ontheir orders. I was coughing because of the smoke. The door was propped open and there were people waiting outside as well. Theenvironment was very unprofessional and ghetto, which is why we ordered online for take-out. Finally got home with our food andour order was wrong and did not taste good. My lemon pepper wings were bland with no seasoning. My sons' BBQ wings were plain soI had to toss them in BBQ sauce we had in the fridge. My husband's wings were the right flavor, but none of our wings were "welldone" like we requested when placing our order. At this point I want my $45 back. This was by far the WORST Wing Stop we haveevery been to and we have been to several. The closest one to us is 45 mins away, but we will continue to go to that one becausewe will NEVER go to the one on Victory Drive again. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed because I was actually lookingforward to going now that we have a location in Savannah. DO NOT go to this location! I would NOT recommend. I will becontacting corporate to request a full refund. TERRIBLE customer service, atmosphere, and food! absolutely disgusting.. cajun corn was dry as ever with not a lick of cajun taste to it.. seems like it was over cooked. wings... were over cooked. fries were old and soggy and cold. and the drink was watered down. i ordered through uber eats and i willnever order from this restaurant again! Stay away from this place at all costs! On Sunday the 3rd, I ordered three wing combos online. When I went to pick up the... order, they told me that they were out of french fries. I said, "Ok, then please deduct the cost of the fries from my ticket." The manager told me that she couldn't do that since I ordered online and then stopped talking to me to (apparently) call theGeneral Manager. I then asked her to simply cancel the order. She said that she couldn't refund my money since I'd orderedonline. I told her "Ok, then maybe give me some additional wings." She said, "Oh no, wings are way more expensive than fries." Finally, she got the General Manager on the phone and then told me that when he/she got in, he/she would refund my moneythrough the online system. Today, I noticed that no refund had come through so I called to ask about it. The young lady that Ispoke to identified herself as the manager but told me that the General Manager wasn't in and that she couldn't help me. Atthis point, I was a little frustrated and told her that I was sick of her telling me that she couldn't help me. I intended toask for the name and number of the General Manager, but before I could she hung up on me. At this point, I think I'm going tohave to file a dispute with my bank over $41. We got food from here for the first time a few days ago, 59 dollars later, and I'm unimpressed. I'm 100 percent sure that the... par cooked wings we got were old, the fries were just ok with the cheap cheese sauce on it. The boneless wings (they call themsomething I can't recall), they were merely ok. I'm very particular about my wings, as I've managed 2 wing shops, and unless weare guaranteed to get fresh(ER) wings? We'll not be going back. So 2 stars, 1 more for the friendly service, otherwise it's a 1star place. Read more
Customer service was better than i thought. My cashier Ashley was so nice, patient, and helpful. The wings which you know are... always on point! No doubt about that. Thank god one is placed here in Savannah. Read more
If you love chackun like I do & your expectations are slightly higher than "sub-par disappointment" then you definitely... shouldn't stop here for wings... This is a relatively new location which was fully staffed and fairly uncrowded, and we waited40 minutes for one order of 15 wings. Ordered 2 basic flavors, which I suppose we *technically* received; they were hilariouslydisproportionate (13 of one flavor, 2 of another) and sadly lukewarm. It was not what it is hyped up to be. I got 6 pcs bone in meal lemon pepper and mild sauce my daughter had same order but... boneless. Lemon pepper barely had flavor but was greasy. Mild wings absolutely no flavor but greasy. Fries soggy. We both feltlike we paid $22 for sprite. Neither of us finished the meal. We both feel The pizza place wings are better than those wings.I?m not a fan of wasting money, so I will not go back to wait a long time, spend my money only to end up eating 1/4 of the foodand a piece of candy to get the taste out my mouth.
