The drive thru was terrible. Ppl were just pulling out of line because of the wait. We finally get our order , we ask for our... condiments and were told they were in the bag. Get to our destination to find out that both the orders have no condiments withthem.. I was so frustrated. I wanted sauce for my chicken nuggets and ketchup for my fries. I called up there just to give thema heads up on what just happened & it was the same guy who handed us our food. Will not go back cause they do not care about theservice they give, so slow and do not care about the feedback a customer gives.. Read more
I only wanted a chocolate frosty which I ordered. The drive thru lady was outside talking on the phone so I drove to the next... window. She yelled at me to come back but no so she had an attitude. Dude at pickup window tells me they are out of thechocolate frosty so would I like strawberry. SMH! Why didn't the drive thru lady tell me this instead of chatting it up on thephone??? Had half the parking lot blocked off, I had to go through the drive thru line to even get to the other side. Mobile order was... cold after waiting i thought the inside was closed because half the parking lot was blocked. Since i had to wait in the lineanyways i asked if I could just pull through the drive thru (answer was no). Employee was rude throughout the whole interaction. Read more
My wife and I stopped by this Wendy's before flying home. I have to give credit to the staff because they were very busy for... being 2pm after the lunch rush. The crew helped each other out and took care of all the customers, including the drive-thru.There was a small error with our order but the hostess quickly corrected and apologized for the inconvenience and still tookgreat care making sure we were happy with the service. After our meal I took the time to stop by the counter and thank her andthe staff for their hard work. I advised her that it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you Wendy's! Read more
Luis was really nice to our girl scout troop and he didn't mess up any of our 9 meals :) the food was very good and overall very... enjoyable, and the interior wasn't very dirty. Food came out quickly too Read more
We waited about 25 minutes in the drive thru.... Figured they were at least cooking fresh food. Everything was cold and nuggets... were mushy. Usually food is cold and hard, not cold and mushy. #confused and the lady at the window is touching all the cups bythe rim which is gross. She had on gloves, but she wasn't changing them between customers. You touching money and all and stilltouching the rim of cups people drink out of. These gloves don't kill germs ... Wendy?s has always been reliable and quick. They don?t make people wait long, like their neighbor Burger King does. The prices... are very low and the food is usually fresh and tastes good, considering it?s fast food. The staff is also friendly andattentive. Read more
