45 minutes for food. I believe the manager was the only one working. I asked for fresh tea cause you could see where my ice... had melted. I got attitude from the kid working the window. Then when I requested sour cream for my potato he slammed thewindow, Icould hear him mumbling as he walked off to get it. I understand short staffed I was very patient no complaining evenafter the attitude. These kids were more interested in playing and laughing then working last night. Been sitting in a drive thru for 25 minutes and not moved. All the cars just pulled out and they didn't close for another hour... and a half. There were only 4 cars ahead of me, 2 of which i know waited longer than me. Read more
My mom and I came here this morning before 10:30 for lunch (first time) We was the 3rd in line, but ended up waiting almost 20... minutes after they ended breakfast. The line was kinda long, cars were leaving, and it was HOT outside. I don?t know what wastaking so long after opening, but my mom and I left too. It was just ridiculous ???? Some people can get heat strokes being inmajor heat for a long period of time. I would recommend lunch getting started at least 5 or 10 minutes early before opening forlunch ??????????? You need to close Wendy's on Mall Blvd. You have to wait in line always 20 minutes. Went by today waited in line 15 minutes Lady... came on speaker said it would be 45 minutes before she could take my order told her I only wanted chilli she said oh we don'thave any.
