Walked in before 7PM and was told I had to go through the drive through for no reason. The lobby had people who just ordered... eating in it. It's just complete laziness. The workers were clueless and rude. Looks like we will go to checkers for now on.It's a shame these workers are like this in this location. I think management needs some adjustments. Read more
The staff here are very rude. I placed an online order to be picked up as I would be skating to the location. Nothing on the... website even slightly hinted that they lobby would be closed. I walked up to the window and was ignored and when finally talkedto it was in a rude matter, I was blown off as "guy at the window". Told me walk up were not accepted which is understandable,bit refused to even let me in to give me my food which was already paid for. Their excuse was that they were understaffed. Wendy?s is a place where I can go and know the food will be quality and served in a timely manner. I recommend it to my friends... and family all that time. I could even say in confidence that it is the best fast food restaurant in the savannah area. Read more
