We were unable to place an order inside when the people are standing right there. We absolutely had to order with a phone app.... Super inconvenient but I guess the place is good enough to use the bathroom. Signing up with the app was ridiculous. I'm tryingto keep moving on my trip, and I'm stuck siging up for an app that didn't work. Total trash experience. I'm deleting the app andwill carefully choose where I patron next time. Read more
Worst and slowest service of any Wendy's ever. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through when there was only 1 car in front of... me, who only got 1 bag of food. When I finally got my food, she didn't speak or even really look at me...she just shoved thefood out the window in my general direction while looking at her phone. In the meantime, a bunch of drinks were lined up nearthe window, and my frosty was clearly prepared when I placed my order. It was closer in consistancy to chocolate milk. Reallybad all around. Avoid. Since it will take the same amount of time, go to the Waffle House across the street. If you really wantWendy's, go to the one near Lowe's (at I-16), it's better. Read more

It took them quite some time to start taking my... order in the drive thru, and when I finally got my meal it was incorrect. I was very polite throughout this experience anddidn't receive any reciprocation in their behavior. Highly recommend not eating here. Read more
This time the food came out right, usually it doesn?t. But that?s irrelevant. This review is to comment on the behavior of the... staff. They?re weird. Anti-social. After placing my order and pulling up to the window, anything else I said was met with ablank stare and a cold shoulder. All I had asked was whether my drink was made with light ice (which I asked for while placingmy order) and the name of one of the staff members so I could compliment the jacket she was wearing. Very rude. The worker was using the head set for the drive thru, "Did you hear me?" Was what she said, so I thought she was... talking to the drive thru customer. Well she was addressing me that they are only doing mobile orders for the dining area. Fine I get it but you didn't have to be so rude about it. I get people are over worked and overwhelmed but you work customerservice, so you need to be nice and friendly. That is part of the job, I get it sucks. The lady who took my order and handed the food to me was an absolute delight! I was there at 9:45am 7/1, didn't get her name but... definitely want to acknowledge her. She had already put ketchup and jelly in the bag and was just so polite and happy! The foodis also very well made. Thank you! Read more
My orders are never right they always forget something that I ordered by the time I get to the window after I have already paid.... They need to read the order back to the customer to make sure it is right and give the price of the meal ordered at the orderwindow, and then at the pay window. This way there is no more order confusion with missing or wrong items on the order. Read more
