note to Wendy's. a large unsweet tea is the one without sugar. extra ice means a lot of ice in the container not three cubes... instead of two. burgers should be bun meat cheese and a reasonably small amount of condiments. not a pile of condiments with alittle meat and bun. this is the sloppiest and worst Wendy's ever. Never again. I will never eat here again. To many chances given. They charge separately to get more money. Employee walked off... with my cell phone, walked all around the store chasing managers because they didn't have my mobile order, even though I paidfor it! Refused to honor the price of the mobile order! Then did NOT put the extra cheese I PAID for on my salad. They opened mysalad and rooted around in it!!! Saying there was cheese in it, no there was not, you added the cheese when you went behind thecounter WITH my salad. You have lost a very loyal customer. I've been on hold with the mobile app for HOURS in an attempt to getmy money back. Read more

Really the only reason I go here is out of convenience. Not usually friendly service. And if you modify your order in anyway it... probably won't come out right. But it is convenient every so often. Read more

It's okay. The staff is a little slow but the food is good. You would think they would know to give you a straw with every... drink, but you still have to ask every time. Read more

The drive thru was decent during the breakfast time. It was never busy. I visited 5 days in a row. The food was good but the... staff were neither rude nor friendly. Read more

Cold food, no substitution like our local Wendy's and hearing the radio that doesn't meet my religion were all disheartening.

I had ordered a bacon cheedar cheeseburger and did not know it had onions. I asked when I was paying to have the onions removed.... The gentleman who made the burger came to the window to tell me he had already made the burger. This should not have been anissue, the worse part is he just scraped it off (see photos) and did not remake. It amazes me how much pride is lacking in thefood industry. I am sorry but that is not how you treat a customer in any way! Read more
