I got to the location and it was completely full without any open spaces. The staff were extremely busy and focused on what they... were busy with. After a while a young waiter cleared a table for me and was also taking orders from several other tables. Sheattended to everyone's needs and took my order without delay. Always good food at Waffle House, and this location did not disappoint. Quite busy when we arrived and a table was cleared... quickly, service was quick. Pecan waffles can't be beat, and hubby enjoyed a Scrambler bowl. Read more
We have now waited ultra patiently, quietly, unobtrusively for one hour for a clean table and are the only customers requesting... to dine-in. There are three vacant tables with food still on them that have not been cleaned off this entire time. The nice ladyearlier asked if we were dining in, and we said yes. After she left, another server asked us if we wanted a to-go. We confirmedwe were waiting on a table. We have been low maintenance and extra patient. I?m not sure why they?re continuing to ignore us,but we have no where to be, and are happy to wait. However, at some point, we might be the only customers left in therestaurant, so what will be the excuse, then? After 1.5 hours of waiting and being blatantly ignored, we finally decided thatgiving up a peaceful Christmas was not worth going to battle with this crew and ordered to-go. We were clearly unwanted. Ifto-go orders were all you were doing, say so, but don?t let your customers stand there and cycle through 10-20 orders andthree-four dine-in families only to then never offer them a seat and punish them for wanting a table. Being Christmas Day, wewere feeling blessed with an abundance of patience and willingness to wait, gratitude for our local Waffle House being open onChristmas, and generosity of spirit and pocket. The worst customer service ever. They have half the restaurant closed. The side that's open, the waiters don't want to clean... after each person so they encourage multiple times for you to take out. I waited for them to clean the table for about tenminutes. It wasn't busy at all. Only was assisted because another couple came after me waiting ten minutes and wanted to sitdown. They were encouraged to order out and they decided to. After they helped the incoming couple and placed their order, theyfinally decided to clean a table so I could sit down because more people started showing up. Then I waited another ten minutesto put in my order because no one would come to the table since they were bothered that I ate in and now they started to getbusy with new customers. Read more
