Food came out cold, when I asked for a manager she took her time, came the the front and just looked at me. I told her... everything was cold she just said fine I'll re make it. Customer service is not her strong suit. Remade food it was hot thesecond go around. Read more

1. Ordered 3 meals online to pick up in the drive-thru because I did not want to go inside, waited in a long line then was told... to come inside to pick up. 2. Got inside and the girl behind the counter look at my order then said, " She got 1, 2, 3 cherrybliss freezes too. I'm not making them I'm finna go! " Then she got her stuff and walked out the door. 3. None of my sauces ormy extra cup of nacho cheese was in my bag. The young lady that made the drinks was nice though. Read more

Temper one's expectations for fast food. But the manager of this particular Taco Bell really cares about her job and the... customer experience when visiting the restaurant. This is rare to see in the fast food arena but it was decidedly so here. Read more

No one in the drive thru and we ordered inside on a kiosk and 1 customer came in after us, it took us 20 minutes to get our food... and the customer after us got hers in 15 minutes. They're literally just hanging out, terrible customer service literally. Read more

This place always randomly finds excuses to stop serving food. Once they were ?only doing mobile orders? and another time they... gave me a ridiculously long wait time for my food. I put in a mobile order (because I always do that now just in case) and thenselected the drive thru option, then when I got there, they told me to go in only to have me stand there for several minutes tobe told ?It would be at least 30 minutes before I get my food.? Just to get me to go away I guess. I?m not sure, but I?m donewith this Taco Bell. Read more

I've been to this Taco Bell many a times... let me tell you... it almost always disappoints. One of the times I went was a... little later in the evening and we waited almost 30 minutes before even ordering, I think we moved up one car, and then we left. The most recent time I went the young man working the drive through asked if I wanted sauce, and I replied with a no thanks. Ionly ordered 2, $5 meals, if you aren't familiar, that comes with just a burrito and a hard shelled taco with a drink. first hehands me a bag, with its own meal in it... with 11 sauce packets!! First off, who needs that many sauce packets just in general?Second, I said I didn't want any and proceeded to try and hand them back to him and he said they couldn't take them back..because that was their policy... what? why? I told him I didn't want them and he just said that that was their policy. He thenstarts to give me my second bag, still not sure why they put them in separate bags, since it wasn't much, but I asked him beforehe even handed me the bag if there were sauce packets in them and told him I didn't want them. He was literally about to tell mehe couldn't take them out, and before he could, I said, you didn't even hand me the bag yet. lol I don't want the sauce packets.Anyway, if you care about not wasting stuff, like I do, and if you don't want the sauce packets, ask if there are any in the bagbefore they even hand them to you! The employees were friendly with me. However, they messed up my entire order. My husband only got the Crunchwrap in the cravings... box he ordered and they gave him a cherry freeze instead of the Baja blast freeze. The burrito I ordered with NO ground beef, red sauce or sour cream and added guacamole and rice literally only had a double portion of beef in it. I?m allergic tosomething in their beef, so there was a reason I ordered it without that. Glad I checked before taking a bite out of it. I sentmy husband back up because I?m 8 months pregnant and didn?t want to drive back. They caught an attitude with him saying ?I knowit?s right because I made it? and he had to show them that it was not, in fact, made correctly at all. They also said theycouldn?t give us a refund. Hopefully customer service can fix this and give us our money back because it was a pretty expensiveorder for Taco Bell. Not happy we had to waste an hour of our night dealing with this when all they had to do was read the orderand make it correctly. I?ve worked at Taco Bell and it really is not that hard to do. Especially with how slow they were. It allcomes up on the screen exactly how it should be made. Read more

Taco bell in general isn't a great fast food joint, but this one always gets our order wrong. My husbands order was correct, but... his tacos had barely any meat in it, he couldn't even taste it, and a small dab of sour cream on the side of each taco. His sodawas watered down, you could see through the soda clearly. He had to ask for that to be replaced. He said his crunch wrap wasgood though. I ordered the power bowl and a supreme taco without tomatoes. My power bowl had maybe a tablespoon worth ofchicken. My taco had tomatoes on it and only a small dab of sour cream on one side of the taco. Sour cream is supposed to beacross the WHOLE taco. It wasn't busy, there was 1 car ahead of us, and us. That's it. I've worked fast food for many years andI never got an order wrong. Fast food is easy work. Poor performance is usually due to either poor management or lazy workers.Poor performance = orders wrong/bad attitudes = upset customers who then take it out on the worker. It's a vicious cycle thatleads to customers not returning. Do better. But I'm done with Taco Bell for good, it's not worth paying my hard earned moneyfor food with barely any meat, putting ingredients on there I don't like, and putting ingredients on only one side of the taco.
