Bad service! If you come from NYC be aware that customers are not treated with the respect and fairness you might be used... to?(and should be offered regardless of the city you?re coming from!) We were very excited to have food here since it wasrecommended by a local, but the service really left us with a bitter taste. We got a la carte sushi and all the fish was fresh,except for the fatty tuna (toro) which we left for the last, since it?s our favorite cut. It turned out that the flavor of thefish was bad, as well as the cut- which was chewy (not the buttery texture you might expect). So we told the server that we didnot enjoy the toro and she did not even apologize, just disregarded us by saying she?ll inform the chef. When we asked for thecheck, it was presented to us with the item we couldn?t have on it! So, we asked for the manager that told us that ?we don?tusually take items off the check but we?ll do it for you? lol, that?s the most incompetent approach I?ve seen in management,since I also work in restaurant management and was awfully disappointed in how she was trying to make us understand that if theitem was not sent to the kitchen she cannot take it. To which we tried to make the manager understand that it?s difficult totell if a cut of fish is good or not just by looking at it! So we had to have it and respectively spit away the fish since itwas not fresh. I would recommend the ownership to look into the service the staff and management has, since no one should evermake a customer feel bad for not liking an item! In conclusion, do not waste your money and energy- I?m sure there are otherplaces where you can have good sushi and enjoy good customer service- this is just not the place! Read more
Just wrapped up a great girls trip in Savannah. Had dinner here on Saturday night. Timing was perfect, we walked right in and... were seated. Food came out quickly. Good prices, nice sized orders, tasty food! Would come again. I ordered the tempuravegetables as an appetizer. I would've liked to have an onion in the mix, but it was still good. It had sweet potato, broccoli,butternut squash, and zucchini. It was yummy and I?d say decently priced for the amount of food you get! I got a bento box, it was $24 and I got chicken katsu,... sushi, California rolls, rice, miso soup, salad, and an egg roll! The chicken katsu was very crispy and good. Also I got mochiice cream for desert and it was nice and chewy just how I usually have them. It was the strawberry kind. Our waiter, was verynice and he was also funny. If you want some good sushi I recommend coming here. Read more

Ordered 50$ of food with door dash. Including sushi and when the food arrived, there was no soy sauce or white sauce. Which... comes with the fried rice. Atleast one cup when i go to the sushi Hana in pooler. I called to let them know and they said it wassupposed to be in the bag. I guess i talked to the ?manager? who told me that it should have been in the bag and he was sorry.Not offering any compensation for the problem and told me to contact door dash. when it?s not door dash that didn?t put thesauce in the bag. Katlyn took my order over the phone was very sweet. I could here this delightful human smiling through the phone. I ordered the... California roll, Deep Fried roll and the Shrimp Tempura roll without the Tibiko. I asked for a side of spicy mayo and eel sauce.It was a little over $30 for everything. Portion size was a tad bit small for the price, but the flavor made it worth it. (Thepicture is after i ate some.. i was starving.) Each roll had about six pieces. I did not dine in, so i can't comment on theatmosphere. The wait for pick up was a short 15 minutes. The food taste SO good. Great sushi! My only feedback is that the deepfried roll was thinly cut. This made it a little hard to eat and fall apart easily. Regardless, the food tasted great and iwould recommend to anyone searching to fill their sushi cravings. Read more
