If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I sent my boyfriend into this subway so that he can pick up our food, after completing the... order online. The order was to be ready at 6:40c and he got there right at 6:40. They were getting irritated with him because hecouldn't understand them, so he called me and I told them what they needed to know and he hung up as they were giving him thefood. 20 minutes goes by and it's 7:00, he's still at the subway. I texted him to ask him what was taking so long, and he goeson to tell me that they wouldn't give him the food because there was SOMEONE else's trash by his car. They refused to give it tohim until after he picked it up and threw it away. The customer service is ATROCIOUS. Read more
Doesn't accept coupons, not even subway!!! Why distribute them out if they are not being honored??? Service was pleasant, food... looked delicious too bad I never tasted the fresh sited veggies since I AM A COUPON DIVA. Read more

Just left this store.. let me just say this I WORK AT A SUBWAY!! Not this one though.. so I know what it?s supposed to be what... and this store is not doing things properly I witnessed her shorting people of meat. She gave me 2 thimble filled scoops of tunafor that thick bread!! Also they do not except coupons which I think is very unappreciative to the customers who come there andspend money. Worst experience tonight! My boyfriend wanted a combo meal, which we got, but he opted for Cookies instead of chips. The rude... staff behind the counter stated that ?I should have stated that he wanted cookies, if she had known earlier she would have rungit up that way.? Excuse me, I didn?t know that I worked for subway, I didn?t know that it was my job to tell the lady, youasked what we wanted on the sandwiches, but never what side. This was my first and last time coming to this subway. I ordered a veggie delight salad. VEGGIE! No meat! It barely filled half... of the bowl and that was even after I asked for more lettuce. She literally gave me 4 very thinly sliced cucumbers, 2 tomatoes,and a sprinkle of everything else I asked for. Ridiculous! The subway app directed me to this location however after our arrived I realize that part of my order was canceled and another... part was sent to a different store. I use the bathroom and then came out and try to explain myself to the manager but she was soupset about me using the bathroom that I couldn?t even get my point across. I highly recommend you go to a differentstore. Also, the store doesn?t close until 9 but she was closing it 40 minutes early this day. I believe she canceled myonline order. Read more
