terrible service. terrible sandwiches. everytime we go something is wrong. everytime we order delivery they just never make our... order, claim they tried to call us but dont and tell us to contact the delivery services for a refund when we actually callabout it over an hour later. this has happened multiple times. i try to be patient with service industry, but theres nothing butchildren that work there & no adults. Best tuna around and this Subway is always clean with friendly staff
I called to order a batch of 12 fresh cookies and the lady said rudely that she has already made cookies for the day and hung up... on me. In my opinion working in fast food she could have easily put the 12 fresh cookies in the oven. Read more

I tried to call ahead and ordered my sandwich, phone rang many times I thought store was closed, it was 1pm, I drove to the... store and a man was standing outside on a cell phone smoking a cigarette. I got out and said I tried to call he said thephones sometimes don't work. We went in he got behind the counter, did not wash his hands or put on gloves. I told him I had acoupon for two foot long he said they no longer accept them. I ordered Italian BMT on herb bread they only had white ok I askedfor lettuce and tomatoes, no lettuce, I asked for onions and peppers, no peppers. I paid $9.50 for a sandwich that did nothave all that I wanted. I often go to subway but after today's visit I must rethink my choices. Read more
