It?s a licensing of Starbucks and the owners are money hungry. I got an iced dragon drink without ice and I was only given... 3/4ths of a cup at most. This has never happened before. I asked why and had to ask several times for even giving a slimmer of areasoning. The staff was so rude about it too. I go to Starbucks all of the time all over the south and east coast and this isby far the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Everytime I fly out of Savannah I try to go to this Starbucks because it's the only thing that's open however 4/4 times... something has been broken. First time it was the ice machine so they couldn't make cold drinks, the second time they told methey didn't have coffee, the third time they told me they didn't have any cups and the final time I went they told me cash only.And they don't tell you this information until you wait 30 minutes and get to the front of the line. It can't be that hard torun a star bucks, I blame the management for failing to meet basic standards for a coffee shop in an international Airport. Read more
Aditionally to the whole order of food and beverages asked for a cup of hot water for my medicine and got the smallest cup. When... asked to get more water got the answer "we don't give any more water". So rude.. Read more
Coffee was good but service not friendly at all....no hello...or thank you. I felt like a number. Expected above average service... for the price of their coffee at this location, which was well above average. They were out of oatmilk, but was still chargedthe oatmilk price. This is why I prefer local coffee shops, but unfortunately they are not an option at the airport. On apositive note, the location was clean and decorated well. Signs were easy to read. Read more
