The Starbucks here at the Savannah Hilton head airport is sorry and so slow. They don?t want to warm up the lemon pound cake... bread when people order it. If we paying for it we should be able to get our damn bread warm. Also the bigger Starbucks is likeit?s never open and this airport is horrible for food. Nothing opens, either they don?t want to work or don?t have enoughpeople. Passengers be asking why isn?t anything open to get food other then the high price rip off stores around. Not sure howthis airport got rated as #1 when you can?t even get no good meal to eat. The PGA Golf restaurant opens late but, their food ishorrible and over priced. just pathetic. Read more
I asked for a tea that is usually served cold to be made with hot water instead. I have done this at other Starbucks locations... with no problem. The member of staff refused to serve it hot and would only serve me the hot tea options. I explained that Ihad had the same tea before at other Starbucks but still she refused saying I couldn?t not have had this particular tea as itcan only be served cold. It was a simple ask - use the same ingredients but instead of cold water use hot. Read more
Don't have any pictures to post because I was highly disappointed I had played the Starbucks game and I won a dessert when I... went to get it they didn't have what I wanted so I asked so when I get in the terminal can I just use my reward to get thislemon pound cake that I wanted he stayed at yes you sure can so instead I bought me a creme brulee caramel drink and it tasteslike water I feel like I just gave in my $5 too only to be disappointed that they didn't have the dessert that I desired but howdid they have the inside and not outside the terminal needless to say when I got inside the terminal and I went to get my lemonpound cake that I wanted so badly you scared my coupon and he said oh man I'm sorry but we've been having a lot of trouble withthese coupons I can't give you dessert that you want you might want to call Starbucks customer service wow and I wonder why Inever hardly use my app or order anything it's always such a hassle if the lines aren't too long it's something else Read more

I would give no stars, but this review only lets me give one star reviews. Servers were rude and when I repeated my orders on... MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, they told me ?I never ordered it and you have to back in line again? even though I had paid for my foodtwice over. Two women were extremely rude, faces twisted with anger and annoyance for no reason on my part. They made my kiduncomfortable and caused a scene at 6 in the morning. Not only was the service horrible, but when I asked for almond milk in mydrink, they gave me whole milk which gave me a horrible stomach ache. Read more
The drinks of the baristas make are very hit and miss. I travel through this airport quite a bit and some of the girls working... there are extremely rude while there are very friendly ones. Plus the prices are outrageous because there's really no otherplace in the airport to get coffee that tastes good. Read more
