My friend and I both ordered a venti coffee (same one) and we received each drink 3/4 of the way full. When we asked why he... said, ?how else would like for me to make it. You said light ice.? Would really love if the hours were updated online! Drove an extra 30 minutes because it was the only Starbucks in the area that... closed at 9, only to arrive and the baristas were standing inside with the lights off and rudely told me they were closed. Wentback and they confirmed they closed at 8. Very disappointing. Read more
There has been 2 different occasions where the baristas have just had a nasty attitude.There was a mix up with a drink and... instead of being understanding about it, she gave me nothing but attitude. Her name was Autumn so just watch out for her. Read more
