This place is really run down. We weren't even sure if it was open when we pulled up. Service was a little slow in the drive... thru which was the only way to order from there. I'm sure they are having staffing issues just like everyone else in the area. Iordered a burger that tasted like fish for some reason. Not even sure if they have fish on the menu here. I threw it in thetrash and went somewhere else to eat. I do not recommend eating here. Read more
This was the worst sonic! First our order was incomplete. And then they gave us the wrong drinks. And then i ordered chicken... sandwich without tomato and lettuce but they put them both in my sandwich. We ordered 1 sweet tea, and 2 hi-c juice but theygave us the wrong drinks . Getting so fed up with this sonic? it?s gone down hill in the last few years. Very overpriced for the amount of food/the quality... of the food that they give you, i have to order extra chili on the tots just to have a ?regular? amount, out of tater tots, canonly order the grilled cheese burger ONLINE and then shuts off the online orders so i can?t even do that. Pulled up, no sign saying no service at speaker. Pushed button, nobody bothered to inform us we had to use drive thru. It kept... saying please wait. Finally we left without food. Read more
did a mobile order just 2 drinks and since they are short staffed everyone had to go through the drive through. instead of... makeing us wait behind 4 cars after getting to the speaker box they ran them out to us, im thankful for that Read more
Decent food staff is rude. They could use some better training. Some one needs to address this. I'm aware this can be a... stressful job however they need to have a better attitude they were just plain mean. Read more
Had to wait a good minute for someone to take my order at the stall. The server who finally responded did not come across as... friendly or even apologetic for the time spent waiting. When I FINALLY get my order, I checked my bag to find that it was thewrong one with the wrong drink. I got the server when he came back out. He did not apologize, went back in, and got what Iordered. I understand it being busy and possibly short-staffed, but at least have the decency to let the customer know that youare doing your best. Read more
