Terrible experience. Never recieved the two drinks I ordered. The staff is not friendly, does not communicate , and does not... care. I asked what happened and they just said they would make them. One of them went in the back for 15 min while the otherstruggled. I asked what happened she said they made one but didn't have lids for the 20oz cups. I said that's fine but whydidn't they just tell me that ..she then left for the back the other employee came out and slowly started to make the drink.. ithad already been 20 min so I just left. We drove 20 minutes to get to this Smoothie King and it was 8:40 when we arrived. It closes at 9:00. We walked in with 3 other... parties behind us and the lady told all of us that she meant to lock the door already and that they close at 8:30. The door andsign said that they remain open until 9:00. She refused to serve us and sent us away so make sure you go at least an hour beforethey close so that they will serve you. Read more
Let me start by saying I go to smoothie king a lot. I come to this location a lot, and usually have no issues both girls were... super rude I believe the one who rung me up name was Katelyn and the other ones name was Arianna. From me walking in the one whorung me was rude. I tried to use my rewards and my total would have been less but because they didn?t know how to switch it offthe card for me to pay cash I had to pay full price. This wouldn?t have been a big deal if they weren?t so nasty and rude aboutit. They could have called a manager but made rude facially expressions and said you?re going to have to pay full price, theydidn?t even try to solve the issue. I always enjoy a good smoothie, and Smoothie King does not fail to provide an excellent smoothie. All of the store and staff... are very clean and the staff follow covid restrictions by wearing a mask. In the food industry, I'm really happy that they andothers follow mask procedures. Read more
