Came in Wednesday morning 26 October, I walked in and she was just getting on a phone call. Proceeded to talk on the phone &... separate receipts orders, started cleaning containers all while not even acknowledging that I was in the store I just walkedout. Read more
Terrible experience. Never recieved the two drinks I ordered. The staff is not friendly, does not communicate , and does not... care. I asked what happened and they just said they would make them. One of them went in the back for 15 min while the otherstruggled. I asked what happened she said they made one but didn't have lids for the 20oz cups. I said that's fine but whydidn't they just tell me that ..she then left for the back the other employee came out and slowly started to make the drink.. ithad already been 20 min so I just left. We drove 20 minutes to get to this Smoothie King and it was 8:40 when we arrived. It closes at 9:00. We walked in with 3 other... parties behind us and the lady told all of us that she meant to lock the door already and that they close at 8:30. The door andsign said that they remain open until 9:00. She refused to serve us and sent us away so make sure you go at least an hour beforethey close so that they will serve you. Read more
