Ordered thru Ubereats. The food took forever and my order was incorrect. If youre hoping for pretzels as good as Auntie Annes... you will be extremely disappointed. Ive gotten microwave pretzels that were better than the ones made at Pretzelmaker. Spendyour $$$ on something else. Read more

The assistant store manager and the lady making the pretzels are the sweetest ladies I've ever met. They always check me out in... a timely manner knowing I am on my lunch break. They always ask if I'd like my receipt which I really appreciate and they arealways professional. I would eat pretzels every day for the rest of my life just because they make it easier and more relaxingthan going to the food court. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
I'm disabled from the waist down and after standing in line for a couple of minutes I was next to give my order when the girl... that was taking orders started serving someone to the right of me outside of the line. By this point I'm in pain while waitingto order a drink to take my medicine.The girl is just walking around behind the counter purposely not taking my order. Then shetells the other girl who had just put gloves on to handle the food to take my order. The 2nd girl proceeds to take my order andI let her know that the 1st girls attitude was uncalled for and because she came over and took my order I gave her all of thelittle bit of cash I had left in my wallet which was about $22. As my son and I were leaving the 1st girl sarcastically sayshave a nice day. Now had she not said anything I would have just kept walking but because she did I went to the bank next doorto the mall took out $300 and came back and gave it to the girl who took my order. You never know who your next customer isgoing to be so treat everyone with the same respect. Read more
So my wife ordered food and drinks from here I asked for empty plastic cup so my kids can share drink and they wanted to charge... me 27 cents for it, after spending almost $20. Way to loose customers for 27cents. Good luck with your business. Read more
Don't go here they have been locking my debit card for over a week now. What ever kind of business they are running, they tried... to charge me 30 times for one order. They are sketchy business. Read more
