Place is extremely slow. Sign says open at 10:30 am. Yet as of 11:17 we still in line at the drive thru. Don't understand the... issues with this place? Love Popeyes! This location is very unfriendly. Food is always cold. Drive thru only! It normally takes about 30 minutes or... more to pick up food. . On 2 occasions in the past 6 months i have waited in the drive thru only to have an older gentlemanthat works there to scream at everyone in line they are CLOSED! I went to this restaurant at about 9pm tonight to order. The attitude of the server is very bad. He didn?t give me the receipt... after I ordering. The food was served quickly (the cars in front of me all waited at least 5 minutes). He also whispered withthe other guy as he went into prepare my meal. He was a white man working at the window and he even gave me the wrong meal. The funny thing is when I ordering, I also double confirmed, did you get the fries? He said he got it. After I back home, Ionly see the wrong meal and no fries. Then, I called the store for help. I got nothing from the store. Chicken was awful and I was so displeased. I called and spoke to whomever answered the phone. I've eaten there since 1992, no... problem I sat in line for 45 minutes , too long. Got home didn't like that the chicken was hard and under seasoned. The person Icomplained to listened attentively then started yelling ( so unprofessional ) then hung up in my face. I will not buy anythingfrom them ever again , the morning shift is so friendly , kind and very professional and the food is so much better. I will becalling corporate office in the morning. Picked up doordash order, besides the long drive-thru line the experience picking up mobile order (doordash) was very easy and... quick. They seemed very organized in reguards to the mobile orders and the employees were polite and accommodating. Theyanswered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.
