I ordered a 2 piece combo with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea. I also ordered a 3 piece chocolate beignets. I received the two... pieces of chicken and what I assume is macaroni and cheese, but it looked so disgusting I?m really not sure. They also gave meorange fanta instead of sweet tea. I?m not able to even drink soda. They forgot to give me my 3 piece chocolate beignets. Iordered this for delivery or else I would?ve never accepted it. So basically while I was working my overnight shift I only gottwo cold pieces of chicken for dinner. I would understand had I ordered at closing time, but it was 7:30 pm. Ridiculous. Read more
Wish I could give them a half star. I am currently in line and have been for 1 hour now. Then we got to the front, paid, and... they told us to pull up and they would bring it to us. So we pull up and everyone behind us is getting their food and pullingoff. We didn't order big meals. I got a chicken sandwich and my husband got tenders. This place is ridiculous. I am stillwaiting on our food.... UPDATE: WE JUST GOT OUR FOOD FOR A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS LATER. My husband had to go beat on the door whichwas locked until someone came and they said they forgot about our food. Handed us the food and did not give a discount oranything. I was extremely disappointed with the actual food from this location . I was in town visiting my mom and decided to order... chicken for the family, customer service was great but the chicken looked as if it was sitting under the light all day not freshat all. The MLK location would have never served me 8 Pieces of dry old chicken. Now I know to check my food before I drive off.The person who placed that chicken in that box should of not served that outdated chicken. I would have rather waited additionaltime then be upset when I return to my family with chicken that had to be thrown away! Read more
Love the Popeyes Mac & Cheese and Biscuits. If you're looking for the consistent fast food Popeyes' taste this location does not... disappoint. The staff is actually really friendly and happy every time I've gone. Only 4-stars because the location is verydifficult to get to and can be very slow in getting through the drive-thru. Read more
My experience today was absolutely HORRIBLE. My wife ordered our food online with the option to pick up in store instead of... through the drive through. I get there and the line is out to Victory Dr. I walk to the door and it's locked. An employee wasstanding right by the door and looked me in my face while I'm knocking and waving at her and she turned away and walked off. Iproceeded to the bigger window where they could see me from behind the counter and knocked. I pointed to my phone to inform themI had an online order and the so called manager didn't even have the decency to come to the door, he just signals me to go tothe drive through. I again point to my phone and he shakes his head yes and makes a motion for me to go to the drive through. Isit in the drive through for about 30 mins and get to the window and they are asking what type of sauces or anything that Iwanted (which are all clearly stated on my order). I see the manager and he taps the guy giving me my food and says something tohim and they both look at me and start laughing. It took everything in me to just grab my food and leave and not cause a scene.Absolutely HORRIBLE service and even horribly ugly individuals that work there. All of the employees that worked 04/25/2022 are incompetent. Ordered food via DoorDash for this location. Received an entirely... different order. The restaurant didn?t bother to seal the box up. When I received the order the box was open and had food in itthat felt like they pulled it out of the refrigerator and gave it to the dasher to deliver.
