You should post any attire policies for customers on the door. Not cool to creep up on me to address a no hood policy. You... should have either addressed it as I entered the store or when I came up to the counter. I've got PTSD and I wear it becauseit makes social situations (like going into a store) more bearable. You derailed that by creeping up on me and proceeding to berude to my face about me being visibly upset. Again, not cool. That's all. Read more
I've been to many Parkers and this one definitely needs some assistance. Many of the fountain drinks are always out, the slush... machines don't work and they are always out of ice in the morning. Management needs to step up and retrain this store'semployees and get some equipment that works. The only Parkers that I have been to that was worse was off of I95 in Midway, Ithink... maybe a little farther south. Please get this store up and running to the quality that Parkers stores are known for. Thank you. Read more
Since you started the self check out, your employees have become even more lazy, rude and unhelpful than they were before. The... shame of it all is that you have some really great helpful people working for you, but they are overshadowed by the ignorantlazy employees that are standing around talking with each other and on the phone when you need help. They've even become sorude and arrogant that they act like you are wronging them when you interrupt their conversation to ask for help. Either get ridof the lazy, rude employees. Or get rid of customers who believe that the customer should come first. I would rather wait on ahard working employee who is helping other people than a lazy, rude employee who thinks that I'm there to serve them. Place is trashed. Filthy dirty. I've complained multiple times and nothing is ever done. Disgusting dump.

The cashiers are always rude, today Tay rang up some candy wrong and told me I had to come back tomorrow to get the total amount... refunded?.. then told me if I wanted the candy (that I already overpaid for) I?d have to pay again.
