If I could give no stars I would with this place. I was given a 28-38 wait for my order, after an hour of waiting I called to... double check on my order, when I was greeted by an incredibly rude manager who informed me that she didn?t have delivery driversand couldn?t give me a realistic time frame for when I could expect my order to be on the way. Why would you take orders fordelivery if you don?t have drivers? Why would you have quoted a customer a time frame if you knew you couldn?t guarantee thatthe order could be delivered anyway? I?ve ordered 3 times over 3 week period from this restaurant and my orders have been messed up every time. First 2 times the... pizza dough was still raw and un edible. Today 7/1/22 I ordered Spicy Italian trio and they forgot to put pepperonis and bananapeppers on it. Then I take a bite and they put the wrong sauce on it. It?s suppose to come with just regular tomato sauce butsomeone put white sauce instead. The workers their are incompetent and careless and just don?t care. The delivery driver was excellent and fast! The pizza, however, was terrible. Cold rigid cheese on the pizza, missing our extra... cheese, the cheese inside the crust wasn't melted, and the dough was peaking through the minimal cheese that was on the pizza.And we paid $20 + fees for that. God awful, I will steer my family away from this experience even if it means getting dominos orlittle caesars. Once again, you fail in just about every aspect. Read more
We decided to order Papa John's last night for dinner and the food only took about 30 mins or so to get to us. Food was good and... hot but I had two issues. I ordered extra garlic sauce and didn't get it and then ordered a 16 piece wing and didn't get all 16pieces.. its the principle of the matter to me.. yall wanna charge 50 something for my order and extra for the sauce.. Horrible place to work at, way over priced. It's $14 for a small pizza, employees can't even afford to use their 50% discount,... then you show up in the morning to work and the store is closed because no managers show up and nobody bothers to tell you, andthey only pay 25 cents per mile during deliveries.
