We saw this place earlier during our walk and decided to go there for dinner, after all was taco Tuesday, we cam back around 8,... no one was at the door so we went inside to be seated, one of the girls inside screamed at us from the bar to go back outsideand waited to be seated, we went back outside and realized that the host was seating on one of the table with a friend chatting,she got up annoyed and told us to wait because it was 2 groups before us ( 4 guys and a couple) I told her we were 5 people,never wrote down anything and went back to see with her friend, we can see 4 tables outside empty and a big one inside( alltables clean) for at least 8 people empty and still she made us wait 20 minutes before sitting us, the group of 4 guys leftbecause of the wait and lack of attention from the host, then she skipped the couples before us to bring us inside, the lady gotreally mad and told her they were there first, the host never apologized and rolled her eyes at her while she took them to thetable, then came back for us, she was a young girl from Panama she to,d us, once inside our waiter was good, Rhea (Ray ofsunshine) we call her, super friendly and willing to made our experience better, we other guacamole and one of the other girlswalking there brought it to our tables with no chips, Rhea was helping another table and didn?t see us, we ask 2 other girlsthat passed by us to please get us tortilla chips for our Guac and they simply ignored us, Rhea came back and apologized for itand got us the chips right away, the food was really good but the service really suck so I don?t think we will go back to eatthere, Rhea is the inly reason I give them any stars and it sucks that because of their poor customer service they will loosecustomers because their food is actually good. Telling myself I?m gonna be ?a responsible adult? today?.. We waited until 1205 to order a beverage! Haha, so glad we popped in... here. The mojitos and margaritas that Rae (of sunshine) made for us were great. We also had 3 different tacos and each wasDELICIOUS. The tacos are the best you'll ever eat! The service is friendly when they're around. When they're busy you wait forever in a day... to get served & for them to return. They need to hire another server or bar tender for when they're busy. The staff is nice ascan be but the service does leave a lot to be desired. Best place to eat non southern- fried -food! After we indulged in southern frying, we tried this place. Tacos are excellent,... biria tacos were new to me and a great choice, not on the menu but you can ask for it. Service is great and the atmosphere isvery Mexican south of the border. Cute cozy restaurant for date night. The restaurant offers outside seating, inside seating and bar seating. The inside is pretty... small and cozy. The menu has a good variety of food, however the drink menu for non-alcoholic beverages is pretty limited. Themenu is simple and straight forward. The staff is friendly. I ordered the ?Orale Tex Mex Rice? and the plate was quite large anddelicious. As a side I added the ?Mexican Street Corn? on the cob. The wait overall for the food is 30-45 minutes, it?s worththe wait. Foods, drinks, and desserts are fairly priced. For a party of two we payed around $55 in total not including dessert.Would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if around the Savannah area. Read more
