I've been to this mc Donald's drive thru before and food also employees have been very pleasant, but I finally ate inside of the... establishment and the rudeness of staff and how they continuously withing themselves were cursing out loud with children andother customers present dinning was disappointing. I was highly upset generally after receiving my food, chicken was so hard andoverly dry/cooked. I refuse to go back well at least to this location. Read more

I'm not able to rate the food or service. Their hours are listed as 0600-xxxx. I visited at 0636. The drive-thru was turned on:... a recording said "order when ready" but no one was actually there. About 2 minutes later, someone sweeping the parking lotinformed me "we're not ready to open yet". After being "open" for over 30 minutes, I & one other fool were the only ones thereso I presume the locals know better than to visit this store before, say, 0700. Read more
Put in a mobile order. Waited 20 mins just to get to a locked door and be told they are only doing drive thru. Asked to speak to... a manager didn?t get a name but got a nonchalant attitude. Asked why they don?t have a sign on the mobile post and was told?they didn?t give us any? like putting a sheet paper up is so hard. No concern for me waiting, paid through the app so now Ihave to wait to be contacted just to get a refund . Short staff is one thing but lack of caring is another. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Easily the worst experience I had with McDonald's so far in my 20+ years of life. Before I get to the review,... I'd suggest going to the one at 13100 Abercorn St Ext. It's much more competent! I put in a curbside order and wait 20 minutesbefore I decide to go in and check. Except! The lobby is closed! So I returned to my vehicle and tried to give the store acall...and got a busy tone, TWICE! So I go through the drive thru which took an additional 20 minutes totalling 40 MINUTES for aburger and some fries. It's ridiculous! Thankfully the burger was warm, the fries were room temperature, naturally. And the onlysign they don't do curbside? They have a trash bag loosely taped over the part that says mobile order, not even over the number!I don't think I'll be wasting my time with this McDonald's again after this. Great location, clean, updated and with a friendly staff. My food was hot, and perfect....and as a plus service was prompt. I... went with a mission to add more McRibs to my 30 for 30 count, and the sandwiches did not dissapoint. Read more
