I was trying to do a take out mobile order and it would have been fine. But at no point anywhere did it indicate that the lobby... would be closed today. Went to this location on a Saturday evening, and the dining room was closed. I had placed a mobile order for inside pickup, but... still ended up having to wait in the (very long) drive through line. When I got to the first window, the girl did not know whichorder was mine, and tried to charge me again before I told her it was a mobile order. At the second window, the girl gave memedium drinks (I ordered large drinks with no ice), and when I asked for large drinks, someone else came to the window to askwhat I had ordered (she was the 3rd person I had to tell my order to), and when the previous girl came back, I again asked forthe large drinks I had ordered, she said, "you wanted no ice?" I said yes, and she came back 20 seconds later, asked for myoriginal drinks back, and gave me two new large drinks WITH ice. My order was NOT complicated - 2 quarter pounders, 2 fries, and2 drinks. Nobody seemed to have any idea what was going on from one end of the restaurant to there other. First off they had one lane opened and line is long. Then, when I first received my food I had my 13 year old check the bag to... make sure all the food was in there, and it wasnt I was missing a fry and had to send my son in to get the fry.Also, I dont knowwhy when you order 2 different orders they try to shove all the food in one bag. Then when I get home the nuggets are old andcold and the fries. Also, I live 5 minutes away so fresh hot food cannot get cold that fast. The young lady with braces thatreceives payment did not give me a receipt. So I called the store spoke with supposed manager , which she didnt state her nameor anything. I told her about my order and she said bring the food back and I can remake it but the lobby closed so you willhave to come back in drive thru. First off , if Im unsatisfied customer why do i have to get back in the long line, but I did itand I brought the food back at the drive thru and instead of the manager coming to the window and doing her customer service jobshe had the cashier speak for her and told him to tell me to pass the food before she remake my order. The cashier was a Asianguy and he was nice and great customer service but the food was remade and still dissatisfied. The fries was somewhat hot andthe nuggets was either refried or that grease is old as hell and burnt because thats what they taste like. I didnt even call orcomplain anymore because its useless. The drive thru line was very slow. 3-4 cars that came in after me and were in the second line got waited on ahead of me. Very... frustrating to experience when you are hungry. The food was fresh enough and tasted good. Once I finally just drove up withoutplacing my order and explained the situation to the two white women at the window, they were very polite, apologized, andimmediately took my order. Read more
