Employees more worried their fries than giving good service to a customer. Five employees walked by me and didn't even ask me... what I needed as I stood at the counter. Good service definitely not found at this McDs location. Smh! Read more
Food is fresh only complaint is they forgot my BBQ sauce but other than that great job.
I can't say if my experience is an isolated one or if it's a chronic problem. This review is intended to reach the owner of this... franchise. Food quality = 2 star because the sandwiches were not hot or even warm.. French fries were hard and also not hot oreven warm. The soda vending machines both were almost completely unavailable of their many options. Customer service = 1 becauseafter order was placed, wait approx. 15 minutes until I asked one of the almost 10 employees for an update on my order.. shesaid that she didn't have that ticket so she used my receipt to put together the order but she later said that they were alreadyworking on it which was false. The order came out but without French fries or a cup for the drink so I told her about that andshe started to look at my table I set up at to see if I was being truthful so that was an insult. I only hope this review isread and if nothing else, the owner is made aware and that improvements are needed. All my best ?? Read more
I went for the wifi because my phone is once again screwed up. Not only did I get a small frozen coke. Yummy, but the manager an... a customer tried to help me with my phone. It still does not text, but I met some really kind strangers. Stacy the manager , ananonymous stranger. Read more
The BEST McDonald's in Savannah! Always the 3 (GOOD) Fs... Friendly Fresh and Fast! You all need to teach the others! Well job... you ALL! Youall work as a team! Just left McDonald's not 15 mins ago.My order was wrong.Hamburger clearly states NO CHEESE yet Cheese is on it.Fries was warm... was told just been drop but tasted like card board.I never had problem here but tonight.I don't know what they was doing but payattention to the screen and the orders you get because People don't have time to waste yet throw away money when clearly y'allwasn't even busy. Since the pandemic it's been really hard for places to show good customer service. I came here about 2 weeks ago and was greeted... by Mia who handed me my food with a big smile. She was very kind and made sure I had everything instead of rushing me out theline. I was having a rough morning and something as simple as have a good day actually helped me have a good day.
