I always stop to get a cookie or two???????? and I'm never disappointed with the freshness. Now the staff is another... conversation????They always act like they don't want to be bothered and I want to say just clock out and try again tomorrow, butI'm not the manager???? Well first off the girl sucked her teeth when I walked in. I had to tell her twice what I wanted she had a nasty attitude from... me interrupting her with me trying to spend my money in the store over half the cookies were hard and dry but to top it off Iwas charged twice so I go in to talk to the manager on duty who is the gm's son and low and behold he has an attitude as welltold him what was going on and he swiped my card to issue a refund then tells me it will be "a few days " to get the refund ..problem here I have a prepaid card which you have to have a reload card to load any money on it so I know I'll never see my 17$again Read more
