As I sit in the JUST 3 car line waiting for almost 10-15 since ordering.. This is now the worst ?Drive Thru ? service wait time... ever.. THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE.. So I don?t understand.. I?m hoping at least the food is worth this wait.. UPDATE: So I getto the window AND THE LADY ASKS WHAT MY ORDER WAS AFTER THIS NOW ALMOST 20 minute wait!! Terrible service. Disgusting attitudes. Poor food. Overall unacceptable. This establishment shouldn?t even be open. The service... I received today was at an absolute 0. If you visit the location on Bee Road, know they are understaffed because people quit after a few days. I have a family member... who worked here, they expected too much from them for little pay; say one pay then see it?s lower once getting paid. Theyexpect 2 or 3 people to take orders, drop and prepare fresh food, clean throughly and stock for morning crew all by 3am with nobreaks. This location is also the only one that never gets their truck on time, so they?re always running out of food and haveto make due with what?s given. The manager needs to stop playing and pay the staff for working. They want help but don?t want topay, how does that work?! Read more

Yikes, pull up to a flag that said open 24 hrs to a lady who said they were closed and only had like 3 sandwiches available.... Short staffed. Probably not the employees fault. I get the sense that management just doesn't pay their employees enough to keeptalent. It's a shame because I was here fleeing from the hurricane and got in at 1 am. It's a shame that it's anothercorporation exploiting people, but dang dude, I needed some food. Read more

I would like to leave this location a 5 star review because I usually frequent this location, but unfortunately I can't attest... to the food or service because the employees don't answer the call box when you pull up. Stopped by this location around 2:45amafter work to get some late night food since they changed their hours back to 24/7. But the employees just made me sit thereuntil I left. Read more

I felt so sorry for the dedicated lady running the drive thru. She was totally by herself and still doing a fantastic job of... taking the order, ringing up the order, cooking the food, AND STILL ABLE TO SMILE! An amazing employee! Read more
