Literally had to call the police on the mgr and employee at this restaurant today. Staff is very rude and refused my husband a... refund because they knew they would get away with it. Sad part is, the officer explained that he had been there for the sameemployee twice in the last two weeks. It's sad and I will def follow-up, but you better off going to Chik-Fil-A. Read more

My friend and I stopped here and went thru the drive thru to order our food the other day. We had the best experience at a fast... food place we ever had. A very respectful lady that was full of laughter and had the best personally of anyone we have seen in awhile.Her name was Natasha.Ive got to say that Natasha was AWESOME, this lady deserves a raise and being the best employee.Thank you Natasha, and we will be coming back to eat here because of you... Worst Krystal?s or fast food place period. WHEN they?re open the staff is rude and lazy. Today was my 3rd attempt to eat there... recently without ever getting food. The last time the lady was rude and claimed they weren?t open even though they should?vebeen. Today I Was told to drive around to window to order when I get there I see one car waiting at window and the guy workingwith dreads hanging out the window talking to them gave me a dirty look and just kept talking after 10 minutes I finally left.What?s sad is Krystal?s is one of my all time favorite restaurants and I never get to eat it cause who wants to drive all theway across town every time cause btw the other Krystal?s across town is always on point never a problem. Not sure about afternoon but morning shift is still awesome; the food was hot and fresh, the employees are very courteous,... professional, and attentive. Overall a consistently great experience in an industry which mostly lacks in that department. Read more
This has got to be ONE OF THE WORSE Krystal?s EVER!! So I pull up to the drive through I?m on hold for 5min.. they finally take... the order.. I?m in line for at least 10-15 LITERALLY!! Why did I wait it out??? I just had to see what the problem was beforecomplaining as it might?ve been something else.. BUT NOPE.. Employees were in there just ?Hanging out?? I wanted to ask for arefund but I DIDNT FEEL LIKE THE LONG WAIT.. I honestly feel like we can do without this particular store.. this is not my firsttime I had to deal with them not caring about the customers and their time.. Today's Date 11/29/22 went through drive thru at exactly 11:00p.m. no one answered the drive thru saw people in there honked... horn and a guy comes to the window I asked him what time does drive thru close even though I looked it up online and it says12:00 am and his response was "we trying to get up out of here!" I would not recommend anyone take there hard earned moneythere. If they apply for a job they get paid for, they should honor the work hours. The regional manager should really look intothis! I have seen quite a few places in the area setting down the drive thru and the doors 1-2 hours earlier than usual. Read more
