Krystal I went to your 24-hour location on Sunday morning at 345 AM. The store had a staff of about 4 employees. The lights were... on at the drive-thru; however, when I arrived I was informed that the drive-thru did not open until 6 AM. When I asked, " Why doyou have the OPEN sign on if you are indeed NOT open?" I was told, "Corporate told us we have to keep it on." I am guessing thatthe corporate office instructs the employees to leave the open sign on because the drive-thru is open. I did go to the door tocheck the store hours and it read that the drive-thru was 24 hours and the dining room opens at 6 AM. If there is amiscommunication of hours between the employee and the public, this should be corrected so to avoid possible customer serviceincidents. Read more
The young lady at the window and possibly the same one over the speaker was pleasant however we asked for a sackful no mustard... with cheese. Order was repeated specifying no mustard, arrived at the window my order was repeated back again with no mustard.Gets home and every one of the 12 had mustard. They only had two people working. It was obvious that the lady taking orders and getting it to hand to customers, was stressed... out bad and Over worked. The good news is she appeared to be giving the tasks her best efforts. She needs a pay raise. Burgerswere good. Fries were good. Read more

When I arrived it was a line and it was moving slow. I had not been to Krystal in years. I was shock to see Krystal serve grits.... Of course I asked the drive-thru worker if grit was still being served in the afternoon. She gave me the time of when grit wasserved. Disappointed because I know that grit would have hit the spot. I was late so I browse thru the rest of the menu. Icouldnt make up my mind what I wanted. I just ordered some french fries and a Minute Maid Peach Lemonade. When I finally pulledup to the window I change my mind about the Minute Maid Peach Lemonade and asked for a grape slush. Disappointed to find out themachine was down and the shake machine was down also. I just ordered a Large Sweet Tea in a purple cup. The sweet tea was reallygood so I'm glad I change my mind about the Minute Maid Peach Lemonade. The french fries was good but too salty. However, thefrench fries was fresh. I can tell by the appearance of the place that help was really needed. The prices are still reasonable.The menu has grown tremendously. Thanks to the staff for all your hard work. Read more
