I expect to get what I pay for. If I ask for two wings don?t give me something else and then wait until I tell you my order is... wrong for you to say you don?t have wings. Was already in line at the drive thru to pick up online order. They said I had to pull around and come in to get it. I was... feeling I'll was the reason for the online order to start with. No one answers through drive thru. Drive up to window they ask what do we need. Get attitude. Told cannot take order. Told to go... back through drive thru. I do it. 4 cars ahead of me when I was the only car in line. I place an order only to be told theydon't have the meat for sandwiches or Mac n cheese. Boo to all of you. Get it in order. Read more

I just went through and got a 3 piece extra crispy. When I got home the chicken was not extra crispy and looked like it had... been sitting there all day. It tasted awful!!! I wish I had time to go back and return it, but I have other commitments. Extremely disappointed!!! Read more

Wow, reading the reviews and I should have known better. But living out in Georgetown I normally stop by there on my way home... from work. I ordered a 8 piece with large mash. When I got home ready to eat the chicken was very old looking. And they gave mea small mash. Took it back the manager made me feel like it was my fault the chicken looked that way.?? He was very irate Iwanted to throw the entire bucket at him. But instead I recorded him and called corporate. But reading the reviews corporatemust not really care. I?m a KM I would not allow my employees to ever make any customer feel it?s there fault because theyweren?t satisfied with our service.
