The place isn?t supposed to close until 9pm I placed an order at 8:20pm and by the time I got there about 5 minutes later at... 8:25 the store was completely closed down nobody in sight. What?s the point of having a closing time if it isn?t going to befollowed thru? Im expecting my money to be refunded I don?t know how a store that?s closed can accept orders and take peoplesmoney instead of the systems being shut down so no orders can be placed. Read more
Very disappointed today, ordered delivery online, paid the delivery fee. 30 minutes after placing the order i got a call saying... i had to leave work to pick it up. Which is fine, but paying for a delivery fee after having to walk and pick up my order seemsa little ridiculous. When i went into the store i asked if i could have the delivery fee refunded since the order was notdelivered and was told , no. Even though i picked up the order i still had to pay for delivery. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK. I had to wait over 35 minutes for a pick up order (not including pickup time) and... was almost late back to work. Horrible customer service. Read more
Ordered from this location for delivery over an hour ago now and I'm still waiting. When I tried to call the store phone number... I get a message saying that it's changed. Is this spot even open anymore? I would like a refund if I never get my food. Edit:Order arrived in 2 hours. Delivery person was very nice but I likely won't be ordering from here again. Edit edit: Orderingwith their app seems to help with delivery time, or the shop has made a turn around. Seems better now. Read more
Having lived here for almost a year I must say the fast food type restaurants like Burger King, Jimmy John's, Dominos etc... are... terribly run, they are out of items, takes the "fast" out of fast food, and just a bad experience. Seems like they are all lazy.Stay to the "real" restaurants if you can. Read more
Workers are not trained very well in customer service. A simple acknowledgement and smile will not be found here. If you go... during lunch, prepare to wait for call in orders that apparently take precedence. Bikers will literally knock you over to getin and out of door......geez. Food is okay. Standard jimmy john fare. Low rating for poor attention to customers. Read more
I placed an order for delivery yesterday and after an hour, I contacted the store to check on it. He politely said that I was... next on the delivery route. After another hour, I called and after a long wait time on the phone, was informed that my order hadbeen accidentally cancelled. When talking with other people in my building, I was informed that this has been a regularoccurrence lately. Someone said they received their order 4 hours after ordering.
