Used to be fast delivery, but this last one was just shy of 75 minutes for food. I only live maybe 10 minutes away. This has... been the norm the last three times I have ordered from them. Other problems: they have left my food at the neighbor's. Theynever knock or send any notification that my food has arrived. Heck, they even forget napkins despite me clicking the box. Terrible service and rotten food!! Besides the awful service, I received rotten meat! I took one bite and knew immediately... something was terribly wrong! I opened the sandwich to find the bacon absolutely rancid. I?ve never smelled something so gross.And the Turkey was slimy and grey. As for the service, when I came in to pick up my order, I was given my bag (a bag was pushedtoward my direction) of only my sandwich without the cookie or cup for a drink that was purchased. Once I let the girl knowthese things were missing, she glanced down at the cookies in front of her as to have me grab it myself. Then she asked whatsize cup to then hand one to me while walking away. I was treated as if I shouldn?t be there, not greated, barely spoken to, andlike I was bothering the girl at the front just by being there. No worries because I?ll never be going there again. Never order delivery my sub was in the car for 25 minutes (I live 3 minutes from the store) and by the time it was delivered it... was a soaking mess! liquid had ruined every napkin in the bag and even soaked through the bag itself. The sub was a disgustingmess of soggy bread. Do not order from here the mess and hour long wait isn't worth the sub-par food and cleanup operation.Really disappointing since JJ's is usually so great but his one doesn't meet the standard get food somewhere else. Good sandwiches, nice vibe. We got the beach club unwich (bread-less) and Big John sub, both taste good.
Jimmy John's is always fast well priced and fresh. There was only one employee working and I ordered 4 sandwiches I was out in 5... min even with a line. Read more
