The interior and the bar looked great and nice ambiance. Got seated promptly and the service was quick and our waiter was... nice. Served with Salsa and chips which tasted good. My experience turned out to be a bummer because I went for their 3 for$9(regular are 13 something) taco special which tasted like from yesterday soggy meat. But my rest of the food on the table likeplates and wraps actually tasted good. But that killed my appetite. Expressed my disappointment to the waiter and he said"that's why its cheap". Anyways, he took back the food and I didn't get charged for those tacos. I'd recommend to try theiranything other than the food on their chalkboard. Read more

Jalapeños is amazing! I just had their chicken wrap and it was the best I have ever had! The staff is friendly and responsive,... and their food never disappoints. I would definitely recommend for a quick lunch bite, a laid back afternoon, or a dinnermeal. I have been a customer for years and will continue well into the future. Read more
Normally I love Mexican food and going to Mexican restaurants. My friend and I were so excited to go have lunch downtown and get... some food, we legit knew what we wanted to order before we even walked in and knew how we were splitting the bill (just two ofus so it was super simple). We would have been probably the quickest to order table ever... That is if we were ever even served.After being seated, we weren't seen for 20 minutes. Not checked in on once, no waters given, absolutely nothing. We hadsomewhere to be and couldn't afford to sit and wait for yet another 20 minutes to put our order in before getting it whoeverknows how long after that. Then here comes the worst part. As we were sadly packing up and walking away, which we felt horribleabout doing since it is a restaurant and we did take up space, we passed five servers sitting all in a row on their phones noteven acknowledging customers. We even tried to say goodbye and NOTHING! Y'all, I'm not some elderly lady who's shaking my fistat the "electronic generation" I'm 22 and the other person I was with was 20, I get being on your phone and the food industrysucking, but there literally was only two other parties of 4 each spread out in your location if there were five servers sittingdown and who knows how many in the back, y'all clearly were free to do something. Everything about this place is pretty mediocre. It's Mexican-inspired cuisine that really tries to hit down the middle and does... so pretty well. Medium salsa pulp. The house guacamole is a small dish of guac-like pudding. Margaritas are just asugary-tasting store mix. They have two legitimate vegan options, which I give them props for, but no vegan protein (tofu,tempeh, seitan, impossible, beyond, etc.). Potato tacos is your best bet. If you are an average family who loves average food(if places like Chili's and Olive Garden are your jam), this place is for you and you'll love it. If you're looking for the bestlocal cuisine or copious omnivore options, pick another restaurant on the street. Dinner for two with 2 adult drinks andhousemade guac was around $70. Food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is good as is the location. The waitress/tender wasn't very outgoing and the... manager/ owner and a staff had a physical fight right near the bar. The food holds 4 stars on its own. Read more
